Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to allow this to happen. If this minimum is not adhered to, I reserve the right to charge for the full treatment cost of the appointment.

I am aware, that from time-to-time, circumstances dictate that an appointment will be missed or less than the 24 hours’ notice will be given. However, frequent missed appointments can be very disruptive to the smooth running of the service and can also be inconvenient to other patients that require an appointment slot.

Covid -19 and Foot Health

Kate has been vaccinated against Covid 19. Full PPE is worn upon request at your home visit and surfaces are cleaned thoroughly in the home and between visits. Risk assessments have been completed to practice safely and will be updated in light of any changes. If you are isolating or have symptoms prior to your appointment please contact Kate to rearrange your appointment.

 

It is regularly updated in line with Government guidance. 

Data Protection

 At your first appointment with Franks Footcare, you will be asked for basic demographic information such as name, address, date of birth, contact telephone numbers and GP details. You will also be asked for details regarding your medical history including any medications. This enables me to understand your overall health and how this may be reflected in the health of your feet.
